Tragic actor Luke Perry's kids will split his fortune, including his $2 million home.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, he placed his Sherman Oaks home near Los Angeles in a family trust and his son, Jack, and daughter, Sophie, will split the property 50/50.
The pad has been transferred into the siblings' names and recorded with Los Angeles County officials. The home, which is not on the market, is currently valued at around $1.8 million.
Perry died after suffering a massive stroke in March. He would have turned 53 on Friday.
The Perrys also own a farm in Tennessee.
