Bieber ordered to testify

Justin Bieber has been ordered to make himself available for a deposition in a lawsuit or face the consequences.

The 21-year-old singer's bodyguard has been accused of chasing Florida photographer, Manuel Munoz, down a busy tourist street in Miami and injuring him after he took a picture of the young star leaving a nightclub in January 2014.

And while Justin said he will not be available to be deposed between February 16 and December 31 because of another lawsuit he is dealing with in California and his upcoming 'Purpose' world tour, Judge Jerald Bagley insisted Justin give evidence in Florida before July 31.

Justin is now expected to fit in his deposition in early July, when he is scheduled to play two dates at Miami's AmericanAirlines Arena.

The photographer is currently seeking unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.

His lawyer, Mark DiCowden, told the Miami Herald: "The judge understands Bieber is making it hard on us."

TMZ reports Justin did suggest two dates in February but the timing did not suit Munoz's team.
