Lindsay Lohan sued

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a stylist management company.

The 'Mean Girls' actress is the subject of a lawsuit from Exclusive Artists Management, Inc., which claim she has committed fraud, failure to pay for services rendered and breach of contract.

The suit claims it booked a hairstylist and make-up artist for the actress "by and through" EFO Films, who are co-defendants in the suit, to work with her while she was at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2014 to announce she would be starring in a movie called 'Inconceivable'.

The company claims they are still waiting on the $2,500 fee for their services and are seeking $77,500 for all unpaid wages, waiting time penalties and interest, and payment of attorneys' fees.

The lawsuit claims the movie never took off because of the difficulties in landing insurance for the troubled star, who has previously been in rehab six times and endured a number of legal problems.

It states in one section: "Over a year later, the film appears to remain 'in development' because insuring Ms. Lohan turned out to be 'inconceivable' for the insurance industry.

"Nevertheless, Ms. Lohan appeared for interviews and, according to various reports, looked a lot like her beautiful pre-rehab self. Many remarked it was the best they had seen her in years."
