The 'Cake' star has revealed that she is a huge fan of the television show, which sees a single man pick from a group of girls.
When asked about her television guilty pleasure, she said: "It's 'The Bachelor'. I'm not gonna lie. Did you see last week's? Jimmy Kimmel was so funny."
On the episode aired last week, the 47-year-old television personality made a guest appearance as a host on the reality show, where he helped to plan and crash a number of dates.
She added to Access Hollywood: "It's a train wreck. Have you seen them? You can't feel bad for them. They've done that to themselves just to entertain us. It's great junk food."
The hit ABC series is not the only reality show Jennifer likes, as the 45-year-old actress is reportedly also obsessed with 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' and was thrilled to meet Kim Kardashian West recently.
A source said: "Jen couldn't wait to meet Kim during a recent party. She told Kim that she secretly watches 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'. She was gushing to Kim about how much she loves her skin and her hair."
Kim, 34, was also amazed to discover that the 'Friends' star was a fan, and told her: "But you're Jennifer Aniston. It's your hair that's famous!"
