Miley Cyrus warned about 'sell out' friends

Friends are warning Miley Cyrus it is a "matter of time" before somebody sells her out.

The star's inner circle believe her risque behavior and daring antics - including stripping to her underwear, dancing with dwarves and making drug references in her songs - could lead to secrets she would rather keep private being leaked.

A source told Life and Style magazine: "Engaging in bad behavior in from of people the way Miley does is like playing Russian Roulette. It is just a matter of time before one of her so-called friends attempts to sell her out."

A publishing source warns a book exposing what it's like to party with the 21-year-old 'Wrecking Ball' singer could net the author up to $1 million, which may be too tempting an offer for some of her entourage.

The source said: "A tell-all about Miley would easily be a best seller. There's a lot of excitement around the idea of what could've happened to this little girl to turn her into the train wreck she is now."

Friends are also worried intimate details of the singer's sexuality could also be leaked, after she was seen giving a lap dance to a girl at Halloween and pictured linking tongues with model Cara Delevingne.

A friend said: "As bad as something like a tell-all would be, it could be what helps her to make a change. Her secrets coming out could be what wakes her up before its too late."
