Gary Busey swaps wife

The craziest thing I’ve heard about lately is Tuesday night’s episode of ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’ where former actor and *reformed* drug user Gary Busey and disgraced Pastor Ted Haggard swapped their significant others!

Oh man!  Where was I?  I didn’t even know this new version of the show existed! I have a feeling I’m going to be hooked!

On the show, which aired on ABC this past Tuesday, Haggard’s wife Gayle goes to live with Busey and his young son, while Busey’s fiancée, Stephanie, goes to stay with Haggard and his children.

In the clip, both of the women lay down the rules of the household.  Gayle seems to want the Busey family to be more consistent, with her first point being “consistency breeds sanity”; while on the other hand, Stephanie is hoping to get the Haggard family to have a little more fun!

Other celebrities that will be swapping their spouses in future episodes include Flavor Flav and Dee Snider of ‘Twisted Sister’.

Tracey Gold of ‘Growing Pains’ swapped households with singer Carnie Wilson during Monday night’s premiere of the show.

Rachel McAdams Worked at McDonalds?

Every great actress must get her start from somewhere, and for Rachel McAdams, that start was flipping burgers!

In her new Glamour Magazine interview, McAdams, the star of such films as ‘Sherlock Holmes’, ‘The Wedding Crashers’ and ‘The Notebook’, discusses her former *career* as an employee at fast food chain, McDonalds.

"I worked at McDonald's for a good three years," said McAdams.  “I was not a great employee; I broke the orange juice machine one day."

Broken OJ machine aside, the actress says that McDonalds is a great place to work!

“I had a little bit of an OCD thing with hand washing and just didn't have time," she explains to Glamour. “They were like, 'Hey, the drive-through's backing up. Stop washing your hands!”

McAdams was 16 at the time, directing children’s theatre.

The actress is on the upcoming cover of Glamour Magazine to promote her new film ‘The Vow’, which will be release on February 10th.

The film is about a couple who are recovering from a car accident that has put McAdams’ character in a coma.  When she comes to, it is apparent that she is suffering from amnesia, and her husband (Channing Tatum) vows to win her heart all over again.

Awards Season Roundtable: Actresses Uncensored

It’s that time of year again, and with the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards coming up, The Hollywood Reporter has put together this one hour interview with the season’s leading ladies!

The actresses joining the discussion include: Charlize Theron for ‘Young Adult’, Michelle Williams for ‘My Week with Marilyn’, Carey Mulligan for ‘Shame’, Glenn Close for ‘Albert Nobbs’ and both Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer for ‘The Help’.

The actresses gathered in October at the Smashbox Studio in Hollywood, along with THR director Matthew Belloni and executive editor Stephen Galloway, to talk about an array of topics including the embarrassment of watching their own performances, the difficulties of stripping down, mean things that have been said to them and praising each other for specific past performances.

The highlight for me:  Theron discussing the differences between sympathy and empathy at about the 15 minute mark - actually her whole discussion was very interesting and the woman can definitely have a potty mouth (which she apologizes for each time she does it)!

The interview is an hour long, but is very interesting and worth your time.

Warning: the conversation is uncensored, and as noted above, contains foul language.
