RCMP FILE: 2013-172

West Kelowna RCMP responded to a commercial alarm at the Wild Kingdom Erotic Luxury store located at 3466 Carrington Road just after 4:00 AM on January 2, 2013. Two suspects arrived in a white vehicle, picked the front door lock, and dashed in to fill duffel bags with approximately $1500 worth of clothing and erotic toys. They were in and gone within two minutes. A neighbouring business caught the following images on tape.

RCMP FILE: 2013-5440

Police are piecing together reports of stolen property that began sometime after 7:00 PM on February 4. Early the next morning a report was filed for a missing grey 2001 Dodge 2500 truck that was taken from the 3600 block of Milford Road in West Kelowna. A call was received by Vernon RCMP at 6:00 AM of a truck idling for hours on Okanagan Street in Armstrong. It was the stolen truck, which was now attached to a stolen West Kelowna 2002 blue U-Built flat deck trailer. The truck had the passenger and driver doors punched, the ignition tampered with and a radar detector stolen. It is unknown what the trailer was used to haul.
