CRIME: RESIDENTIAL BREAK AND ENTER

A home on the 14,000 block of Oyama Road in Lake Country was broken into some time during the day on Monday, November 19, 2012. Lake Country RCMP believe the home was entered through a set of french doors on the ground level. The thief left with a silver Apple Macbook Pro A1286 laptop (s/n W80145DPAGU) and a black 64 gig Apple iPad 3 in a black leather case (s/n DMPHL1NLDJ8V).

CRIME: THEFT OF TRUCK AND TRAILER

A truck and trailer full of wooden pallets parked in a driveway on the 11,000 block of Pheasant Road in Lake Country disappeared in the early hours of November 16. The truck was a burgundy 2004 Ford F350 with a landscaping decal in the back window, and the trailer was a black 2008 Trailtech dump trailer (BC licence plate number 14957C) with the same decal on the back end. At 8:00 PM the truck was found abandoned on Tower Ranch Drive in Kelowna with ignition damage. The trailer is still missing, along with items from the truck including the owner’s wallet, a 15,000 pound trailer hitch, a concrete saw, a Dewalt saws-all and several large cargo straps.
