CRIME: THEFT OF DIRT BIKE

DATE: November 2, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-61542

Thieves took advantage of an open garage door on the 10,000 block of Copper Hill Road in Lake Country on November 2, 2012. Sometime between 7:30 and 8:00 PM a culprit entered the garage and stole a bright yellow Suzuki RM65 kids’ dirt bike and two black and white “Pursuit of Excellence” hockey jerseys. The bike had two identifiable stickers on it – the front number plate had a white and green “Bear Creek” sticker and the rear sticker was a shiny silver one with “Mainstream” written on it.

CRIME: STOLEN ATV

DATE: November 3, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-61633

Another ATV has been stolen in the Lake Country area. At 10:30 AM on November 3 the owner of a 2007 blue camouflage Yamaha Grizzly ATV reported it stolen from the back of a pickup parked in driveway on the 10,900 block of Darlene Road. The ATV, with serial number 5Y4AH15Y17A001221 has a rack on the front. It disappeared between 4:30 AM and 10:00 AM that day.
