CRIME: Suspicious Fire

DATE: Sept. 23, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-53712

On September 23, 2012 at 19:00hrs police were on patrol on Westlake Road near Art Pond (2300 blk) and discovered a fire burning in the brush. The Fire Dept attended and extinguished the blaze. The fire was determined to be suspicious in nature and probably human caused

CRIME: Stolen Vehicle

DATE: Sept. 15, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-51938

On September 15,  2012 police received a report of a vehicle that had been stolen from the Old Ferry Wharf Road area in West Kelowna. The vehicle was stolen sometime between the hours of 8:00 PM on Sept. 14th and 8:30 AM of the 15th. The vehicle is a 2003 Orange Mazda Protégé BCL – 895NFL.
