BACKGROUND:

BOBBITT is currently wanted for the attempt murder of 22 year old woman. The attempted murder of the woman took place in Penticton, BC sometime between July 30 and July 31, 2011. The woman suffered serious head injuries. The victim was unknown to BOBBITT.

BOBBITT may be armed and is being treated as a threat to public safety.

DESCRIPTION:

BOBBITT’s appearance is slightly different than photo above.

Caucasian with dark/tanned complexion
Brown Hair
Slight Beard
Thinner then Photo provided to Media
Black back pack
Maroon Shirt
