CRIME: COMMERCIAL BREAK, ENTER & THEFT

Lake Country RCMP responded to a call from a security company on December 30, 2010 at about 1:15 AM. Video surveillance reveals that an approximately 20-year-old white male broke the front window of Woody’s Pub with a rock. He then jumped over the glass and the glass washer and stole a large bottle of Weiser’s Rye Whiskey. The suspect caused $800 damage for a $30 bottle of whiskey.

The District of Lake Country reported some damage that had occurred at the Beasley Park Recreation Center on Woodsdale Road. It seems that some troublemakers threw a rock through a couple of the west windows of the facility during the holiday week-end. Damage to the building is approximately $1000.
