The R.C.M.P. were called out early in the morning Saturday, January 20th to a thrift store in the 3100 block of Berry Road. A culprit entered the business through a bathroom window and took a grey cash box containing an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then exited through a fire exit in the basement. The same business had been hit a few days earlier, possibly by the same suspect(s).

The R.C.M.P. in Lake Country received a complaint in the evening of Monday, January 22nd, regarding an incident at the Food Bank and the Boys & Girls Club. It turns out the culprits actually broke into the premises on Saturday, January 20th, damaging a door to gain access.
