Thieves took advantage of some car keys left on a patio at a home on the 2700 block of Lower Glenrosa Road on August 14th, 2019.  The owner of the 1998 green Ford Explorer called in the theft just after 10:00 p.m.   A neighbour saw a male and two teenage females in the area earlier, but it is not known if they are related to the theft.  The Explorer has BC licence plate number CW956E and VIN 1FMYU24X8WUB04887.  There was a Mickey Mouse ball on the antenna of the truck.

Numerous overnight thefts from vehicles were reported by Glenrosa residents on the morning of August 17th, 2019.   Chives Place residents noticed at least three thefts from autos thought to be locked.  The thieves took off with a substantial amount of loose change, two pairs of Oakley sunglasses and a cell phone charger.
