CRIME:           MISCHIEF TO EXCAVATOR

DATE:             September 5, 2018

RCMP FILE:   2018-54963

A Cat 330C excavator parked at a non-active construction site located along Glenmore Road between Shanks and Chase Road sustained some damage in the two weeks prior to September 5th.   Someone used a rock to smash the front window of the excavator.

CRIME:            ATTEMPTED THEFT OF F-750 and EXCAVATOR

DATE:              September 4, 2018

RCMP FILE:    2018-54787

Lake Country RCMP members were contacted on the morning of September 4th when it was discovered that sometime overnight suspects had entered a locked compound at a business on Robinson Road and attempted to take a truck and excavator.   Staff observed that the ignition and both of the door locks on the white 2016 Ford F750 flat deck had been damaged, most likely in an attempt to make off with the excavator sitting on the truck’s deck.
