CRIME: Theft of Purse from Vehicle
DATE: June 7, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-27406

A purse-snatcher took advantage of an unlocked car to steal a handbag left in the vehicle. It happened June 7 around 9:30 a.m. at Oyama Traditional School on Greenhow Road. The purse was white with leather patchwork and contained a pair of prescription glasses worth $1,000.
 
CRIME: Wake Board Racks Stolen from Roberts Road
DATE: June 5, 2006
RCMP FILE: 2006-26993

Two wake board racks were stolen from the 15 thousand block of Roberts Road. The theft happened sometime during the evening of June 2 or 3. The racks are made of stainless steel.
