CRIME:  BREAK AND ENTER TO SHEDS

DATE:    March 3, 2017

RCMP FILE:  2017-10448 and 2017-10460

Two neighbouring properties on the 8000 block of Highway 97 N in Lake Country had sheds entered in recent weeks.   Some tools were taken from an insecure shed on one of the properties.  Tools stolen include an orange Husqvarna model 385 saw, an orange Stihl leaf blower (model BG85 / s/n 255993322), an orange Stihl hedge trimmer (model HS45 / s/n 805416963), and an orange 8’Stihl pole saw.  At the other property the suspects entered a shed and a trailer.  The culprit jacked up a vehicle, perhaps in order to steal the wheels, leaving a grinder beside the vehicle.  A flat screen TV was stolen from the trailer.
