CRIME: LIQUOR STORE SHOPLIFTER
DATE: September 19, 2016

West Kelowna RCMP were called by an employee of the BC Liquor Store located on the 2400 block of Dobbin Road just before noon on September 19th. Clerks became suspicious when a blonde pony-tailed female placed two bottles on the counter and said she had to check with her friend to see what he wanted and exited the store. Surveillance footage was reviewed and it revealed the woman had concealed two 60 ounce bottles of liquor in her large fabric purse. She then placed two other bottles on the counter and left with two in her purse. She entered an older burgundy car driven by a male which departed northbound on Last Road. Police would like to identify this person of interest.

On November 1st just after 5:00 p.m. a Loss Prevention Officer from the West Kelowna Walmart contacted RCMP to report a male who had taken 3 sets of earphones valued at $150.00. The man left the area in a tan Nissan Altima. West Kelowna RCMP are looking to identify this man who is a person of interest.
