CRIME:  THEFT OF LIQUOR

DATE:    March 21, 2016

RCMP FILE:  2016-14270

Security personnel from a liquor store located on Dilworth Drive in Kelowna contacted RCMP to report a shoplifting incident on March 21st.  The staff member had observed a woman taking liquor and leaving the store without paying.  Police would like to identify this person of interest.

CRIME:  BREAK AND ENTER TO GRAVEL BUSINESS

DATE:    March 28, 2016

RCMP FILE:  2016-15483

On Friday, March 25th suspects attempted to break into a C Can storage container at a sand and gravel company located on Quail Ridge Boulevard.  They must have been scared off because they left empty handed.  They returned on Monday, March 28th and bee-lined directly to the same C-Can, cut the lock and left with a dark green 2002 Kawasaki KVF6 (VIN JKAVFEA132B517089), four Interstate batteries, a 2009 Stihl chainsaw, a Stihl cut-off saw and some Napa tools.
