CRIME: BREAK AND ENTER TO LIQUOR STORE
DATE: October 31, 2015

At 3:15 a.m. on October 31st a passerby noted a pickup backed in to Riley’s Liquor Store located on the 1700 block of Ross Road in West Kelowna. RCMP attended, but the truck had departed. It was later spotted heading into Kelowna, however the truck fled and was lost. Video surveillance shows a single First Nations 6’ tall male entering the store wearing a black hoodie, dark blue jeans and skate shoes. Liquor stolen included five Texas mickies of Smirnoff, Bacardi and Grey Goose.

CRIME: HOME INVASION

West Kelowna RCMP are asking for the public’s help in trying to determine the culprits and the motivation in a home invasion that occurred just before 2:00 a.m. on December 6th. Emergency Services were called to the address on the 1100 block of Peak Point Drive where a 59 year old man and 59 year old woman were assaulted. The couple were transported to Kelowna General Hospital in serious condition. Police used the Police Dog Services to track the suspects but were unsuccessful.
