CRIME:   THEFT OF VEHICLE/ THEFTS FROM VEHICLES  

DATE:     October 17, 2015

RCMP FILE:  2015-58162

Thieves were active in the Magic Estates area during the early hours of October 17th.    Suspects rummaged through a glove box of a red Ford F150 on Highgate Court and took a pair of very expensive Maui Jim sunglasses.  They moved on to Merlin Court where they went through the console of a 2014 black Ford F150.  They stole some loose change and a computer bag that unfortunately held some third party cheques.  At another home on Merlin Court they stole a brand new 2016 white Ford F150 XLT quad cab short box truck with a tonneau cover and a large white “Malibu” sticker in the back window. The truck held a set of Calloway golf clubs (Apex irons in a red and black bag).  The truck’s BC license plate number is HP0545 and the VIN is 1FTEW1EG1FFA64313.

CRIME:   THEFT OF TRUCK                                   

DATE:     October 18, 2015      

RCMP FILE: 2015-58380

A bright banana yellow pick-up truck was stolen between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on October 18th from the parking lot of Manteo Resort on Lakeshore Road.  The truck is a 1999 Dodge Ram 150 sport model extended cab with a yellow hard tonneau cover.  The truck has a BC license plate number CR4816 and VIN 1B7HF13Z4XJ543986.
