CRIME: ROBBERY

DATE: August 2, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-41584

The clerk at the Mac’s Convenience Store located on Rutland Road was startled when three Caucasian males with scarves over their faces and wearing hoods entered the store around 3:30 AM on August 2nd. One of the men instructed the employee to stand on a corner while the other two loaded grocery bags with cigarettes and energy drinks. A weapon was indicated but not produced. The men left on foot in an easterly direction. One suspect was heavy-set wearing a dark hoodie and red scarf, one was slim and wearing a white hoodie with dark green sleeves and one was of average build wearing a grey hoodie with white gloves.

CRIME: THEFT OF TRICYLE AND TRAILER

DATE: August 3, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-41825

A report was filed on August 3rd of a trike stolen overnight from a residence on the 1200 block of Belgo Road. The 2003 red Boss Hoss with BC license plate number S93016 and VIN 1B9TBVC2X3D285196 was on a white 2003 American Pace 4x7’ trailer (BC Plate # 59558D and VIN 4P2UB14268U091974).
