CRIME: THEFT OF DUMP TRUCK, TRAILER AND BOBCAT

DATE: June 22, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-31871

Sometime over the weekend of June 20 - June 22nd thieves entered the Argo Maintenance work yard on Glenmore Road in Lake Country and made off with a dump truck attached to a black trailer that was carrying a bobcat.

Information on the stolen equipment is as follows:

  • Yellow 1999 Ford F550 Dump truck: license plate number 4847FS – VIN 1FDAF57F1XEE33829
  • Black 2009 Ward Haul trailer: license plate number 35507C – VIN 2W9LS62709K066339
  • Yellow 2006 Caterpillar Digger: license plate number X50650 – VIN LBA01192

CRIME: THEFT OF LIQUOR

DATE: June 6, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-28455

Lake Country RCMP ask your assistance in identifying this young man who ran out of a BC Liquor Store located on Highway 97 carrying a stolen 60 ounce bottle of Crown Royal at 2:45 p.m. on June 6th. The suspect is described as being 5’6”-5’9” tall, possibly native, approximately 22 years old and was wearing blue jeans, a dark jersey-type shirt, a grey hoodie and baseball cap. He fled the location on foot in the direction of Swalwell Park.
