CRIME: THEFT OF CHARITY MONEY

DATE: May 15, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-25133

West Kelowna RCMP were contacted by staff from the Petro Canada gas station located on Ross Road when they noticed a charity collection tin was missing. Video surveillance was viewed and police are looking for this individual in respect to the crime. The theft occurred at 2:35 p.m. on May 15, 2015.

CRIME: THEFT OF TRACTOR TRUCK AND TRAILER

DATE: March 27, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-14294

This logging truck is still missing and the owners would love to see it returned! The unit was reported stolen to West Kelowna RCMP on March 27th. Thieves had cut the lock and broken into a compound on the 2500 block of Juliann Road to gain access to the semi. They would have had to have known what they were doing as they easily maneuvered the logging truck and low-bed trailer out of the fenced compound. The truck is a white 2014 Kenworth with brown fenders, “Horovatin Enterprises” on the doors and BC license plate FF6195 (VIN 1NKDL40XXER967715). The trailer is a black Peerless low bed trailer with BC plate number 97369B.
