CRIME: THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE

A patron of a gym located on Gordon Drive had his wallet, keys and watch stolen from a cubby on May 3rd. One of the keys was for a brand new Ducati motorcycle which, after the theft, was stored at his place of employment. The first day he brought the motorcycle home it disappeared from the carport of a residence on the 700 block of Turner Road. The bike is a red 2015 Ducati Monster 821, BC licence plate number U94267 and VIN ZDM1RBTS6FB006728.

RCMP are hoping that someone recognizes this armed robber who entered the Mac’s Convenience Store at 2147 Richter Street at 2:29 pm on May 13th. The man entered the store with his face covered by a dark handkerchief, produced a weapon and asked for money from the till. The clerk handed him the cash and he left the store and headed east on Glenwood Avenue. He is described as a 5’3” tall male with brown eyes, brown hair and was wearing dark shorts and a dark hoodie with four white circles on the front.
