CRIME: MISCHIEF

DATE: February 17, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-7445

The owner of a rural property on Dick Road in Lake Country was awoken early in the morning of February 16th by her dogs. The next day she discovered that one of her horses had its tail hair cut off and believes this was why the dogs were barking. The hair may have been taken for use in jewellery making.

CRIME: BREAK AND ENTER

DATE: February 19, 2015

RCMP FILE: 2015-7715

Just after midnight on February 19th the Mona Vision Optical store located at 3121 Hill Road in Lake Country was broken into. A slim suspect, approximately 5’6”-5’8” tall wearing dark shoes, dark pants, a dark coloured DC hoodie and an orange brimmed hat broke into the vacant store next door. The suspect then broke through the drywall into the optical store. It is unknown exactly what was stolen, however it is confirmed that some Clic glasses and an Interac debit machine were taken.
