The owners of a 2002 Honda XR400 RW dirt bike discovered it missing after the July long weekend. Sometime during the weekend thieves entered the property on the 300 block of Totem Avenue in Kelowna and left with the red and white bike (VIN JH2NF032XWK300055).

A theft of jewellery complaint was submitted to Kelowna RCMP on July 4th. The jewellery had been stored in a plastic container in a bedroom of a home on the 200 block of Hardie Road. The jewellery, with a total value of $20,000, was last seen in May by the owner. Rings stolen include a ladies custom designed diamond ring (in a D-shaped mount) with a .5 carat marquise cut diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds, a tiffany design solitaire in yellow and white gold, a ladies opal and diamond ring (stamped ANVIL on inside), and most distinctive of all is ladies diamond ring in 14 kt yellow and white gold in a combination of hand made heads as well as Pave setting. This ring has one .45 ct marquise cut stone surrounded by round diamonds. It has been equipped with an arthritic shank and stabilizer balls.
