Unsolved crimes: West Kelowna

DATE: November 25, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-66063/66115/66017

West Kelowna RCMP are looking for the thieves who broke into a couple of homes on Twin Place on November 25th. Two men were reported going house to house at approximately 9 AM; knocking on doors and using the story that they were looking for their lost dog named “Hugo”. Two break and enters were reported later that day, with the point of entry being rear facing basement windows. Both men were Caucasian and wearing jeans. One man was 6’ tall and clean shaven. The other was 5’7” with brown hair and a full beard and was wearing a coat with a fur lined hood and work boots, the other man. Witnesses provided enough information for these composite sketches.

RCMP FILE: 2013-68891

A woman customer of Whiski Jacks Pub in West Kelowna called in to report a theft just before midnight on December 11th. She had left her chair for a few minutes and when she returned her purse was gone. Police are looking for this person of interest who may have taken the black Michael Kors purse with a gold chain shoulder strap. The purse contained banking cards, ID, and a Canadian passport.
