CRIME: RESIDENTIAL BREAK AND ENTER

DATE: December 2, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-67351

The owner of a home on the 11,000 block of Bottom Wood Lake Road in Lake Country returned home at 3:50 PM on December 2nd to find that the residence had been broken into. Suspects had broken through the rear glass door to enter the home. Once inside they rifled through all the drawers and left with approximately 100 pieces of costume and antique jewellery and two cans full of coins.

CRIME: THEFT FROM TRAILER

DATE: November 28, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-66530

Lake Country RCMP are looking for the thief who broke into a work trailer parked on the 1500 block of Granite Road. Sometime during the night someone cut the lock on the grey 6 by 10’ Interstate box trailer and popped the rivet from the trailer using large metal cutters. They got away with three dark blue Bosch impact drills, one dark blue ½” Bosch drill, one 6 ¼” dark blue Bosch skillsaw, six 18 volt Bosch NiCad batteries, one black Bosch fast charge battery charger, one yellow Bostitch N80 nail gun for spikes, one ½” red Milwaukee impact gun, one 1/2” light blue Makita drill, one 10” red Milwaukee skill saw, a small socket set and miscellaneous hand tools.
