CRIME: THEFT OF POWER WASHER

DATE: October 2, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-56304

West Kelowna RCMP received a report of a theft that occurred at a pub located on the 3000 block of Shannon Lake Road on August 23, 2013. Video surveillance taken at 11:45 PM shows a man stealing the power washer and a gas jerry can and loading them into the car shown in the still photo. The power washer is a red Honda 3700 PSI Power washer with a white gas tank. Videos are available for viewing at http://www.youtube.com/user/crimestoppersnet

CRIME: STOLEN TRAILER

DATE: September 22, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-54302

A couple travelling to Penticton from 100 Mile House on September 21, 2013 ran into some engine trouble at approximately 8:30 PM forcing them to park their trailer on Highway 97 South near Brent Road in Peachland They locked the trailer hitch with a padlock before leaving it. When they returned the next morning the trailer was gone. Checks with local tow companies were negative. The trailer was a grey 1991 Vanguard travel trailer, BC licence plate number UKY25Y and VIN 2VHCT62K6M1110345.
