CRIME: VEHICLE THEFT

DATE: September 17, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-53034

Sometime between 3:00 and 5:00 AM on September 16th suspects smashed into a fenced compound located in the 9000 block of Jim Bailey Road. The suspects gained entry to the warehouse and once inside stole a Polaris ATV, a TV, a Ford Edge 200 LXT and damaged 4 other vehicles in the employee parking lot. The trashed Ford Edge and television were later recovered in the Haldane/Tilley Road area. RCMP are asking for your assistance in locating the missing 2010 black and white Polaris RZR ATV with added gun racks and stereo. (VIN 4XAVH76A0AD088895.)

CRIME: THEFTS FROM VEHICLES

DATE: September 23, 2013

RCMP FILE: 2013-54412/54537/54548

A Lake Country RCMP member canvassing the neighbourhood regarding a theft from vehicle discovered at least four more on September 23rd. It seems someone made their way through a neighbourhood in Lake Country checking for unlocked vehicles. Loose change was stolen from cars on Bottom Wood Lake Road, Deldor Road and Mayrus Road. A Garmin 2475 Nuvi LT GPS (s/n 2E7022873) was stolen from a Dodge Charger parked in a driveway on Reimche Road. A witness describes the thief as an approximately 29-year-old white male with a partial beard wearing a black jacket and green shorts.
