A Peachland construction worker accused of molesting two girls while under foster care will have to stand trial, a BC Provincial Court justice ruled Friday.
The two girls, who were both minors at the time of the alleged sexual assaults and cannot be named due to a publication ban protecting the identity of minors, testified during a preliminary hearing in Kelowna Friday.
The man faces four charges related to sex offences, including two counts of invitation to sexual touching, touching a young person for sexual purposes, and sexual assault.
The accused is scheduled back in court Nov. 19.
