Pet photos with Santa

Today, local pet lovers have two more chances to capture your furry, feathered or scaled loved one with Santa.

Rose Valley Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Oz have invited all pet owners down to their clinic in West Kelowna on Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. for photos with Santa.

The clinic promises treats for both pets and humans at their location at 112-2476 Westlake Rd.

The clinic donates their time and the office hires a professional photographer for the event, while convincing Santa to come down for the afternoon.

Photos are free, but donations are being gratefully accepted for the local SPCA branch.

On the other side of the lake, Puparazzi Dog Training, Daycare and Boarding has a holiday-inspired scene set up for more photos with our four legged friends.

Photographer Tammy Gagnon will be volunteering her time to help capture this years holiday memories and raise some money for Lending A Paw Dog Rescue and Rehabilitation, a new dog rescue society that focuses on dogs in need locally and provincially.

The photos are by donation with all proceeds Lending A Paw Dog Rescue and Rehabilitation.

Photos and write ups of all the dogs currently up for adoption will also be available.

Each donation also places you into a draw to win free doggy daycare and training sessions with Puparazzi Dog Training, Daycare and Boarding.

They will be located inside Indulgent Doggilama at #4-3045 Tutt St from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
