The motorhome and house fire on April 4, is now being investigated as an arson.
At approximately 12:40 a.m. the Lake Country RCMP and the Lake Country Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire, located in the 11000 Block of Lang Court in Lake Country.
A single family house, and a recreational vehicle (R.V.) sustained significant damage as a result of the blaze. The occupants were home at the time of the fire, but they were able to get out without injury.
Police are treating the fire as suspicious in nature and continue to investigate with the fire department.
Anyone who may have witnessed any persons or vehicles in the area at the time of the fire are asked to call the Lake Country RCMP at 250-766-2288.
