Pot bust in Summerland
Police in Summerland busted a large grow-op on Tuesday finding 685 mature marijuana plants.
The search warrant was executed in the 13000 block of Cartwright Avenue with assistance from the Penticton RCMP and South Okanagan Traffic Services.
Two people in their 50’s were arrested and each are facing charges of Production of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking and Theft of Electricity.
They will be appearing in Penticton Provincial Court in March.
