Victim ID'd in Coquihalla crash

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a woman who died in a crash on the Coquihalla Dec. 27.

Margery May Fox, 67, of Summerland was sitting in the back seat of an SUV that left the road, and rolled down a 20-metre embankment east of Aspen Grove.

The incident happened just before 4 p.m. last Friday. Road conditions were very icy at the time.

Fox was transported to the Nicola Valley Health Centre in Merritt, but succumbed to her injuries later that day.

Her family has been notified of the death.
