Nicole Kidman does WHAT to Zefron?

Welcome to today’s edition of “The Cast from Lost Say the Wildest Things.”
What does that have to do with Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron, you say? Don’t worry, we’ll get there. But I’m warning you, when we do, if you don’t know the answer already, prepare for a great big “Ewwww!”
First things first. Let’s chat about what will go down as the nail in the proverbial coffin for a potential Lost cast reunion. During a fans’ Twitter Q&A, Dominic Monaghan goes off on Matthew Fox for beating woman. Via Jezebel:
A fan named Becca wrote: “holla at matthew fox and tell him to get a twitter i beg of you”
To which Monaghan replies:
he beats women. No thanks.
She replied to Monaghan in all caps: “I KNOW IT WAS WRONG BUT WHAT?! WHAT ABOUT ALL THOSE GOOD TIMES YOU HAD TOGETHER?!"
Monaghan responded:
how do you know we ever did?you don’t know either of us.he beats women.not isolated incidents.often.not interested.
Isn’t this grounds for defamation? Especially when, strangely enough, the Tweets have not been taken down!
On to our next Lost star (which will take us right to the Nicole Kidman-Zac Efron thing, I promise).
In an interview with Vulture regarding Lee Daniels’ controversial Cannes film, Paperboy, Michelle Rodriguez finds herself explaining why Nicole Kidman won’t win an Oscar solely for peeing on Zac Efron (everyone together: ewwww!), even though she clearly should for that reason and that reason only.
Warning - the following excerpt is probably not so kid-friendly:
As for those outrageous Paperboy scenes where Nicole Kidman pees on Zac Efron and arrives at a very loud hands-free orgasm, “I f**king loved it,” Rodriguez enthused. “One of my friends said, ‘She’s going to get nominated for an Oscar for that.’ I was like, ‘Nah, man. She’s not black!’ I laugh, but it’s also very sad. It makes me want to cry. But I really believe. You have to be trashy and black to get nominated. You can’t just be trashy.“
Wow. What is Michelle Rodriguez talking about? All she needs to do is Google Best Actress winners over the last decade, and, lo and behold, Nicole Kidman comes up! Not only did she win Best Actress, but she did it playing a character that was neither black nor trashy. Let’s give Rodriguez the benefit of the doubt because Kidman’s win was for a 2002 film. But what about Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer, both nominated this year for playing characters that were nowhere near trashy?
What Rodriguez probably meant to say was: “If you’re acting in a Lee Daniels film, and want to be nominated for an Oscar, you better be like Mo’Nique and play a character that is both black and trashy.”
Let’s just leave it at that. Michelle Rodriguez is taking some serious #2 today for her comments about Nicole Kidman’s cinematic #1. I won’t bash her any further.
I bet I’ve got you all curious about Paperboy though, right? The film, which was generally well received at Cannes, also stars John Cusack and Matthew McConaughey.
McConaughey is getting raves for his performance and may generate serious Oscar buzz. Now THAT’s something you never thought you’d see.
