“Cave Microorganisms and Drug Discovery”

This exhibition at the Kamloops Art Gallery is a collaboration between TRU Microbiology researchers and artists, many of them Aboriginal TRU students.

Actors Workshop Theatre Presents Beaux’ Stratagem

This farcical comedy is built on a foundation of Commedia dell’arte and contemporary clowning. The setting is a riverboat in the mid-nineteenth century and revolves around two young men who plan to steal from young heiresses.

Skills Canada regional competitions feature high school and post-secondary students competing in their areas of study. Try-A-Trade is an opportunity for students and the general public to learn more about trades.

11th Annual Popsicle Stick Bridge Contest

Testing which collection of glued sticks can withstand the greatest pounds-per-square inch of pressure. Participants bring their already-crafted bridges to the event.

The annual Job Fair brings more than 40 organizations from a range of industries and sectors. About 1,500 students attend each year.
