Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down 23 cents, or 4.90 per cent, to $4.46 on 19.1 million shares.

Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSXCPN). Miner. Unchanged at three cents on 11.8 million shares.

Southern Pacific Resource Corp. (TSX:STP). Oil and gas. Up six cents, or 22.64 per cent, to 32.5 cents on 10.2 million shares.

Fortis Inc. (TSX:FTS.IR). Utilities. Up 40 cents, or 1.20 per cent, to $33.60 on 8.2 million shares.

Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT). Miner. Up 9.5 cents, or 46.34 per cent, to 30 cents on 8 million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Up seven cents, or 2.41 per cent, to $2.97 on 5.7 million shares.

Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TSXV:SL). Biotechnology. Up two cents, or 50 per cent, to six cents on 14.3 million shares.

Atlanta Gold Inc. (TSXV:ATG). Miner. Down 0.5 cents, or 33.33 per cent, to two cents on 8.2 million shares.

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. (TSX:MFI). Packaged foods. Up three cents, or 0.18 per cent, to $16.83 on 2.4 million shares. The company is shaking up its executive suite following the sale of its 90 per cent stake in Canada Bread Co. Inc. to Grupo Bimbo.The company named a new chief operating officer and a new chief financial officer who will help lead Maple Leaf after the sale of the bread business closes later this year.

WestJet (TSX:WJA). Airline. Up 55 cents, or 2.34 per cent, to $24.10 on 537,933 shares. The airline said Thursday it has converted five of its 25 options to firm orders for Bombardier (TSX:BBD.B.) Q400 NextGen aircraft. The planes, which are used by the airline's regional Encore service, will be delivered in the second half of 2015, increasing the airline's fleet of Q400s to 25 by the end of next year.
