Most weekends you can find moms at the sports field supporting their children rain or shine. Their hair pulled back, lawn chair in tow; moms are always there cheering on their teams.
The sun has finally come out after weeks of waiting so let’s not forget the sunblock ladies. Here are a few beauty tips to look fantastic on the field;
- Always wear a sporting outfit. High heels and tight clothing do not work on the field ladies.
- Sunblock or sunscreen is essential.
- Sunglasses of course.
- A brush mineral makeup foundation rather than a heavy foundation. This will allow your skin to breath.
- Tinted moisturisers are perfect for that natural look.

A touch of color on your cheeks and a bit of gloss - you’re ready to go!
Beauty of Women
For attractive lips, speak word of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed; never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries or the way she combs her hair.
