The Penticton Vees have acquired a new forward in a three-team deal.
Vincent Nardone from the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League's Flin Flon Bombers. Forward Cassidy Bowes will be moved to the AJHL's Whitecourt Wolverines as part of the deal.
Nardone is from Rosemère, Quebec, and was in his first season of junior hockey with the Bombers last season.
He scored 17 goald and racked up 22 assists in 56 games.
The 5'10" forward comes to Penticton with a commitment to the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he will play with Vees alum Taylor Ward and current Vees forward Lukas Sillinger.
Departing forward Bowes was a member of the 2017 Fred Page Cup championship team, and the Vees thank him for his contributions and wish him well.
Nardone will arrive in Penticton for training camp in mid-August.
