The Kings kept their crown in Prince George Friday, defeating the Vernon Vipers 2-1.
The Spruce Kings hosted the BC Hockey League Interior Division-leading Vipers, who won their two previous games via shutouts, but could not get past the Prince George squad.
Derek Brown scored the lone marker for the Vipers.
The Snakes will now head to the Lower Mainland where they will take on the Coquitlam Express.
