Multiple sex-assault charges have been laid against a 37-year-old man in connection with young children who attended his wife's daycare in their Maple Ridge home.
RCMP say Latif Hamad Tata was remanded in custody on Monday following his arrest last week.
Cpl. Alana Dunlop says the young victims attended the Shining Stars Daycare in the home's basement.
She says police spent the weekend interviewing the children and their parents and are continuing their investigation.
Mounties are calling on families whose kids may have been victimized at the daycare to contact them.
Police have informed the Children's Ministry and the local daycare licensing agency about the case.
