If you're interested in becoming a firefighter next summer, the BC Wildfire Service wants to hear from you.
The BC Wildfire Service is recruiting for seasonal positions for next year. Every year, BCWS employs approximately 1,600 wildfire fighters that work to protect communities and infrastructure.
If you're interested, applicants must show motivation, have a relevant skill set, complete two fitness tests, and attend the BC Wildfire Service's new recruit boot camp. Applications must be submitted by January 15, 2023. Other positions closed on Dec. 5, 2022.
