A child was rescued from the Seymour River in North Vancouver on Thursday.
Emergency crews responded about 5 p.m. after a group of kids was tubing on the river and one got into trouble, CTV News reports.
Firefighters pulled the child from the swift-moving and frigid water.
Paramedics were on site, but the child did not require hospitalization.
