RCMP divers have recovered the body of an 18-year-old missing youth from Chilliwack Lake.
The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team and members of Chilliwack Search and Rescue recovered the body on Monday, police say.
The victim was last seen on June 12.
He had reportedly been swimming from shore to retrieve a drifting boat and disappeared below the water’s surface.
The BC Coroners Service is investigating the death.
