A pane of glass fell from a highrise hotel in downtown Vancouver early Friday.
The window smashed on the sidewalk and road below, closing down a section of Robson Street for several hours.
The glass fell from the Riviera Hotel just before 1 a.m., and it's believed it was dislodged by high winds. No one was hurt by the falling glass.
Crews inspected the building to determine if there were any further safety risks.
