A man suffering from a gunshot wound has been rushed to hospital on Vancouver's west side Thursday afternoon.
The man was found on Marguerite Street near West 49th avenue and was taken for medical attention just before 1 p.m.
Officers are now at the scene, and no arrests have been made.
The Vancouver Police Department said in a release that it is very early in the investigation, and no other information is currently available.
