Freezing rain deja vu

The travel advisory has been lifted along Highway 3.

However, DriveBC warns the area is still receiving heavy rain.

Freezing rain is causing problems on Highway 3 for the second day in a row.

DriveBC is warning drivers to travel with caution in the Kootenays, from the junction with Highway 6 to Creston.

"Please exercise caution and consider alternate plans," says DriveBC.

On Wednesday, Highway 3 turned into a slip and slide in some sections.
