Two people have been arrested after allegedly walking across the U.S. border into Surrey.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection called RCMP at 5:40 a.m. to report the entry on Surrey's 0 Avenue.
The male and female were arrested under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and turned over to the Canada Border Services Agency.
The incident is under investigation.
